NEIGHBORHOODS: The Clarissa Street Fest mess

It is 11 a.m. Sunday, and I am standing in front of my house looking at a sea of trash left by the Clarissa Street Reunion. A gentle breeze is scattering much of it over the neighborhood. This is disgusting!

It seems like a bizarre way to celebrate the history of Clarissa Street by trashing it. If this festival is unable to clean up after itself, it should not be permitted to continue.
