This is the granddaddy of all the local Mediterranean joints. Simplified version of classic Lebanese food abound: tabouleh, felafel, dolmades (stuffed grape leaves), baba ganoush, and so on. It’s a big business now, and quality can vary based on who is running the particular establishment. But with reasonable prices and healthful, full-flavored food, it’s easy to understand how Aladdin became Sultan (it had nothing to do with marrying into the family).

The food is very good but not as good as the branch in Pittsford. The portions in Pittsford are more ample and some of the salads like tabouli are much better. It is a good place to eat but I would go a little further and go to the Pittsford branch.

Absolutely wonderful restaurant. The food is delicious, the service excellent. My wife and I take the grandkids there and they love it. Portions are filling and the price is right.

Their chicken strips and special dipping sauce makes my day! Location is great and can almost always find parking on or around Monroe Ave area. I expecially love Aladdin's virtual tour website! It give you a true sence of the actual ambiance of both Rochester and Pittsford's locations. The food photography makes me hungry. Great place to dine!

The Caesar salad is first rate, the mousakka is world class, and the staff is knowledgeable and polite. Especially Ashley.

This has long been my favorite restaurant. It is perfect for everyone; vegetarians and meat eaters, daring and conservative eaters and those with and without a never ending wallet. Fresh foods perfectly cooked and prepared, huge portions that always leave you full, beautiful decor and professional and friendly staff equal the best lunch/dinner possible. The only downside is the wait, but if you make reservations or come at certain times in the day then you should be fine. I recomend the Souvlaki with beef and greek dressing for your first time. If you have not gone to Aladdin's then you need to go, dining just isn't complete without it.

Great fresh food at unbeatable prices. Order an entree and have enough for two meals. Try the Melanzagna or spanikopita - my favorites. Cheesy Eddie's carrot cake with coffee cap off a great dinner.
