Applebees used to be my favorite restaurant. Every single hoilday my family always got me gift certificates at this restaurant only. I also spent over $300 on the delta sonic/dinner certificates during xmas. We've gone there at least twice a month for years. Lately its been terrible.
The first time the food and service was lousy, I just thought to myself, everyone has a bad meal.
The second time, I actual complained and the manager was great about the whole thing.
This time, the server never came back with the second cup of coffee, the broccoli was ice cold. I thought the server was bringing our appetizer platter to us and it was the meal, she forgot to put the order in for that and it finally came after we finished dinner.
So now I'm done, the service is lousy, for what they charge for potions is awful, we left hungry, the food is cold and i've had it
