The name says it all. This place smokes its own meat, cooks its own sauces, and makes its own sides (garlic mashed potatoes, mac salad, salt potatoes and sweet potato fries are just a few). Menu choices include a variety of pulled pork and other BBQ sandwiches like the "piggy-back" (pulled pork, cheese, and bacon), and the pork Memphis (smoked pulled pork with BBQ sauce and homemade coleslaw). Calzones, chicken wings, pizzas (BBQ chicken, BBQ pork, trash plate, fire-roasted veggies, and chicken bruchetta options) are also available, as well as chicken and biscuit dinners, hot hoagies, burgers and hots. The BBQ-influenced side of the menu is rounded out with chili con carne, jambalya, gumbo, and seafood chowder.
