For decades the restaurant was known as the The Rio Bamba, one of the area's best fine dining restaurants. Several years ago it was completely gutted and vaulted ceilings were installed, along with a new kitchen. In 2005, the white tablecloths were removed and the name changed to Bamba Bistro, but it still leans toward fine dining. The food is meticulously prepared by Executive Chef Brian Antinore, reflecting the changing seasons.

The food and drinks are out of this world, The Chef prepared some Goat cheese stuffed squash blossoms that were to die for, the atmosphere was very romantic and the wine selection was superb. Its my new favorite restaurant.

Up until this year, this was one of my favorite places to dine. The last 2 times I had dinner here, things were getting progressively worse. So bad that dining companions asked not to eat here again. Salad, entrees, everything was disappointing. What a shame--used to be a great place.

We had an outstanding dinner!! The Calamari and Rack of lamb were superb and cooked to perfection. Chocolate Cake is a chocolate lovers dream. Service was excellent and courses well timed. We will be back soon.

Atmosphere was excellent. Dinner was right on the mark. The Salmon and Rack of Lamb were superb, and the homemade ice cream was to die for. We will definately be back.

Bamba is a delight for the palate and eye. The interior is gorgeous. For lunch the stuffed sole with pesto and risotto was delicious; dining companion had chicken Caesar salad w/grilled shrimp that was close to perfection. Dessert was apple pie w/ice cream and whipped cream-every inch homemade. The service was friendly and just right. Cannot wait to go back for dinner.
