The Big Tree Inn is owned and operated by Campus Auxiliary Services of SUNY Geneseo. The college spent a significant amount of money to renovate the upstairs guest rooms. There is a pub menu for the bar, and a number of formal dining rooms. The inn was built in 1833 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and is located on the picturesque Main Street of Geneseo.

Loved it--very charming and the food was GREAT. My husband and I plan on returning very shortly.

this place sucks! 'like really! and i am sorry, but seriously it needs some help, the steak is dry, the service is poor, and the food is not good at all. visiting guests should not visit this place.
