Calabria opened in the summer of 2006, in the former LaRocca's space. This is a spacious restaurant with a large deck that the owners plan to enclose to extend the season. Chef and partner Allan Kallstrand attended Johnson & Wales College of Culinary Arts in Rhode Island. He uses a bacon-horseradish crust for the Delmonico steak, and serves homemade tripe.

The best retaurant by far. Sal Panella and his staff make you feel right at home!!!!

This place has got to be Rochester's best kept secret.....have never ordered anything that wasn't fabulous.....calamari is the best anywhere....prices very reasonable...friendly wait staff
