Cam's has four area locations and straightforward offerings: the restaurant unabashedly lists "big buffalo chunks" as one of the choices on its list of appetizers. The deli menu includes wraps and cold and hot subs; the pizza menu starts with Cam's signature breakfast pizza, which they call the "omelizza" ("omelette + pizza = omelizza"). Calzones, strombolis, and more traditional New York-style pizzas and Buffalo-style wings are also available. The kids menu offers "big chicken chunks" (like the appetizers), "big rigs" (cheesy rigatoni with sauce and meatballs), and a make-your-own mini pizza. Desserts include handmade cannoli, Italian cookies, and pizzelle. Cam's also caters.
