Cam's has four area locations and straightforward offerings: the restaurant unabashedly lists "big buffalo chunks" as one of the choices on its list of appetizers. The deli menu includes wraps and cold and hot subs; the pizza menu starts with Cam's signature breakfast pizza, which they call an "omelizza" ("omelette + pizza = omelizza"). Calzones, strombolis, and more traditional New York-style pizzas and Buffalo-style wings are also available. The kids menu offers "big chicken chunks" (like the appetizers), "big rigs" (cheesy rigatoni with sauce and meatballs), and a make-your-own mini pizza. Desserts include handmade cannoli, Italian cookies, and pizzelle. Cam's also caters.

Don't know what happened to our 5 Star rating, but that's what we give Cam's (Spencerport). We go there every Friday night. The pizza is the best, with a nice variety of toppings offered. The crust is thin, but not TOO thin. They also have good subs. The employees are all very friendly.

inconsistent quality of mass-produced pizza, a difficult combination to pull off. As someone who frequents all of the spencerport pizza palaces, I'd put Cam's at the bottom for food, but it is the best-decorated dining room.

I'm not quite sure what this "rick" is trying to say because Cam's is great. The family and I always go to Cam's in Spencerport to get our usual extra large (20") with double pepperoni and banana peppers. The employees are extremely friendly and even give the kids balloons. I don't know what other pizza shop does that!
