Caroline's is located within the Glen Iris Inn in Letchworth State Park. Breakfast is a la carte every day but Sunday, when a buffet is provided. Reservations are recomended. The daily lunch menu has a selection of salads like salmon gardeau and a grilled chicken and mushroom salad; cold and hot sandwiches are also available, as are wraps and pasta and fish entrees. Dinner includes choices like steak, cedar plank salmon, bubble and squeak (cabbage and parsnips with pork tenderloin), and shrimp Genesee (jumbo shrimp stuffed with feta cheese, wrapped in bacon and served over spinach). Also noteworthy is the picnic menu, the inn's version of a to-go menu, made to bring along while you walk about the gorges. Sandwiches and desserts like Kentucky bourbon pecan pie are on this menu. The kids menu has pbj's, grilled cheese, and an organic version of the pbj. Desserts, cordials, and espressos are also served.
