The Charlotte Tavern has been open for 30 years, and is still serving up crowd-pleasers like deep-fried calamari, jumbo buffalo shrimp, and "tavern" fries smothered in cheese and hot sauce. The real specialty here is the "killer" burger -- three-pound patties loaded with the toppings of your choice. You can also choose from haddock done several ways: fresh boiled, cajun, lemon pepper, or baked stuffed. There are also multiple varieties of paresans here; these include shrimp parm, portabella parm, and the standard chicken parm. The kids menu offers a child-sized fish dish, mac and cheese, and more. After the meal, you can choose from one of the ever-changing homemade desserts.

The Charlotte Tavern is a great place to go for food and drink. Very warm family atmosphere.
