Chipotle Mexican Grill is a national chain that caters to fans of the design-your-own-meal style of dining. Your first choice is between a burrito, bowl, a soft or crispy taco, or a salad. You can choose to order your burrito vegetarian style (includes fresh-made guacamole and vegetarian black beans). Add sauteed peppers and onions to your burrito to create a vegetarian fajita. Try a crispy taco with barbacoa (spicy, shredded, naturally raised beef, braised with chipotle adobo, cumin, cloves, garlic, and oregano). Sample the grilled chicken (marinated in chipotle pepper adobo) served on a bed of romaine lettuce with a chipotle-honey vinaigrette. Add tomatillo-red chili salsa to spice up any menu item. And don't forget to order yourself some chips and guacamole to munch on as you enjoy your creation.

We went to Chipotle on a Sunday afternoon where it was surprisingly bustling. The line was attended to swiftly and the food was very pleasing. I chose hard tacos opting for three different meat fillings; spicy shredded beef, chicken, and pork. I topped them all off with medium salsa, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. Each protein was just as good as the other. Their heat in the salsa was defined correctly as a medium, which was perfect for me. For a chain, I would definitely return. Running with the likes of Taco Bell, Mighty Taco, and Moe's Southwest Grill, Chipotle fits in as aesthetically trendy with a straightforward menu that elevates it over its competition. Think Five Guys but with tacos and add a lot of stainless furnishings.
