Dallywaters serves three styles of tea service: traditional afternoon tea, English cream tea, and "just dessert" tea. If you opt for the English cream tea, you will be presented with two fruited scones served with strawberry preserves and Devonshire clotted cream, as well as a pot of the premium loose-leaf tea of your choosing. When you choose the dessert tea, a selection of homemade pastries will be delivered to your table along with a pot of piping hot tea. Every day Dallywater's features a different "British Classic" menu item for you to sample; try the celery and walnut tart (slightly dill-flavored celery and walnut filling, baked in a cheese pastry and drizzled with a light tomato sauce) or the toasted welsh rarebit (topped with a rich cheddar cheese sauce and tangy beetroot relish). Choose from 15 premium loose-leaf teas that have been micro-blended for Dallywater's. Order a pot of the lavender Earl Grey, the vanilla mystique (black tea blended with natural vanilla), or the whispering heavens (yunnan black tea with mandarin and orange peel garnished with sunflower petals).
