Dorado is a Central American bistro located in the spot where Kobay used to be. The menu includes fresh guacamole, enchiladas, a Cuban sandwich, tacos, Mexican spicy fish (mahi mahi marinated in a dorado spice blend), pan seared salmon, and beef tenderloin stuffed with cheese and chilis. Flan of the day, dorago spice cake, and a Mexican sundae are the "sweet nothings" of the menu.

The soft shell salmon taco will not disappoint you. Light, delicate flavor wiill make you want to go back. Friendly, helpful service. The spice cake is a great way to finish. Worth the trip.
