Fairfield's menu starts with appetizers like fried clamboats and onion chips, and moves on to entrees like wraps, salads and sandwiches and burgers. Heartier entrees include tenderloins, strip steaks, pork chops, and other meat dishes, as well as pastas like ravioli pesto and linguine "Fairfield" (with broccoli, sun-dried tomatoies, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, and white wine sauce). The Friday fish fry is offered in "Jaws" and "minnow"-sized portions; there's also a kids menu. Desserts include an old-fashioned bread pudding with whiskey sauce, as well as choices like carrot cake and banana sour cream pie. Fairfield's also offers corporate "lunch box" catering.
