FLCR started as a small shop in Bushnell’s Basin, but now has many stores and a wholesale roasting center in Farmington. Unlike many small roasters, FLCR manages to keep the product very consistent. It doesn’t roast quite as dark as the big, West Coast places, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing; just depends on your taste. Many local coffee shops and fine restaurants use their coffee, and their own coffee shops are charming. Wraps and salads are also available at the Bushnell’s Basin and airport locations.
