If you’re trying to please a tough crowd, this might be a good choice, with dim sum as well as Vietnamese, Thai, and Chinese food. Excellent pho and distinctive Thai cold salads are highlights. Most people who try to serve cuisines from several cultures don’t do any of them particularly well. The Chinese-Vietnamese owners of Flavors of Asia are an exception.
