JB Quimby's Public House bills itself as a home away from home. It offers soups, salads, sandwiches, and pub-style appetizers (loaded fries, Cajun curly fries, quesadillas, jalapeno poppers, nachos, potato skins) as well as a full bar. Quimby's has a rotating beer of the month, and its own house beer (JB Quimby's Nathans Private Stock Ale, made by Custom Brewcrafters). The public house also has 15 draft beers, and nearly 30 bottled beers, including Rolling Rock, Beck, Carslberg, and Labatt's, Molson, Coors and Genesee beers. Quimby's also offers a separate banqet menu that has a wider range of items, from seafood pasta and meat lasagna to baked stuffed chicken and BBQ pork.

Great low-key comfortable atmosphere. The menu goes beyond traditional pub fare with daily specials just as likely to be found at more expensive restaurants. The homemade chef developed soups are exceptional, and there are typically 3-4 available. The bar has a small but frequently rotated beer selection ranging from standard domestics to European imports to American Micro-brews.
