Jade Palace offers the usual chow mein and lo mein choices, and its menu is neatly divided by type of meat and the way you want it done: get your chicken, pork, duck, shrimp, beef, and lobster done the sweet & sour way, or try one of the many chicken options (boneless, with cashew nuts, sliced with curry or black bean sauce, or with veggies are just a few examples). For $25 you can order a whole Peking duck, or try one of the other duck dishes: pressed, lemon, or Mandarin crispy. Beef with vegetables, shredded beef, Mongolian lamb, shredded and roast pork are also available, and seafood choices include the chef's special, a lobster for two, as well as shrimp and chicken in bird's nest (something I never thought I'd hear of outside an Anthony Bourdain show). You can also get a whole steamed flounder at Jade; you'll be charged according to the market price. Private party room also available.
