In Jasmine's Asian Fusion's kitchen, the countries of Laos, Thailand, China, Singapore, and the Philippines are all represented. Laotian food itself is heavily influenced by Thai spices and flavors, but there are also strong Vietnamese and Chinese elements as well. Part of the inspiration for Jasmine's was a steak marinade that the owners developed together, a traditional Lao recipe with Chinese ingredients. Jasmine's places a heavy emphasis on fish, with entrees such as crispy fish nugget with sweet sauce, steamed sea bass with lemongrass and spicy green chili dip, and pan-fried sea bass with mango salsa.

I'm from NYC visiting family and the exquisite cuisine, trendy decor and atmosphere at Jasmine's will fit right into mid-town manhattan. I had the tom yum seafood soup that was spiced just right with tiger shrimp and calamari, and the pan seared grouper with pineapple rum for dinner. it was out of this world. I found out the chef is a well known chef from singapore who has prepared the birthday dinner for the empress of japan. Oh, the exotic mango martini was really good also. to get a feel for NYC or San Fran, I would recommend jasmine's for anyone that wants great food and a good time.

With very friendly and attentive service, this resteraunt presents a unique version of asian food. Laotian food is spicy with a very complex and lovely mix of flavors. The appetizers were beautifully presented and luscious, our entrees were AMAZING, many flavors incorporated with crisp vegetables and meat (of many types) cooked perfectly. The spices were hot if you wanted it, turned my bald friend's head quite red at two pepper level and cleaned out my sinuses at one pepper, but there are mild choices if you desire. The desserts were delicious and very different, and the staff was very accomodating to our party of nine. The drinks were good as well.
We all were very pleased with Jasmines and reccomend it highly, the food is excellent and presented beautifully.

Wow this place is so awesome! It's trendy atmosphere and great service will keep people like me addicted! I love laos food and loation sticky rice! This is the first and original asian resturant here in the city of Rochester! There is no place like it where they have beautiful presentation, friendly service, family and close friend staff members and a long history of enchanted food that has been passed down from one generation to the next!!! I'm glad they are passing the food down here in Webster! I came here not too long ago and ordered the traditional laos beef jerky. One word WOW! For my entree i ordered Crispy Duck Confit with of course a side order of sticky rice! It was, fresh, tangy, sweet and sour with a hint of spice that kept me wanting more! I absolutely loved it! For dessert the Crispy Bananna Wrap! It was so good i ordered another to go! Our friendly waitor also recomended the Mango tini and Lychee tini. They were both different drinks that i know have to recomend to my friends when i bring them back with me next time!
I really recomend this place to everyone! Come saturaday nights they have live jazz! The only bad thing is that there's only one Jasmine's Asian Fusion! I live in Fairport and i hope they plan to open another closer, they will get my business and the rest of the comunity's!
