Frequented by SUNY students, Jimmy Z's is a comfortable place. The menu has the standard grill-slingin' fare, but with embellishments. Its version of Rochester's signature dish offers more options than most--mozzarella sticks instead of hot dogs, for one--and if you want something completely different, try the mac 'n' cheese bites, breaded and fried in a way you'd never think possible. The curly fries are outta sight.
