Jine's has provided inexpensive options in this high-rent district for more than 35 years. After a bowl of hot oatmeal with raisins for breakfast, there are 44 sandwiches to choose from, and baklava for dessert. With these prices, someone could eat out every day. The menu is sprinkled with Greek dishes, as well as classics like liver and onions. The sidewalk tables provide a great place to people watch at the corner of Berkeley and Park.

Jine's is the best diner in town, bar none. Avoid the crowds on Sat and Sun morning - get there early. All there Benedict dishes are delicious. Friendly staff, owner always there.

Jines is an outstanding place to "just eat" or "actually dine". Their menus are amazingly
creative as is the presentation of each of the serviings. The food has always been
above expectations.....the service is friendly, professional, and effecient. As a
customer for a long time, and now seeing the new addition....there is no other grade
to give than an A+++. Really.
