If you are looking for a cool, cozy place for chai, coffee and desserts that also serves scrumptious grilled sandwiches, wraps, soups and salads that will keep you coming back, get to Leaf and Bean. We are lucky to have this suburban cafe with that cool, city cafe vibe. Motorcycles line up out front in the summer months.
Menu items are made fresh, and I love the Westside Panini: "Turkey breast, fresh mozzarella, leafy greens and red onions on herbed focaccia bread." The salads are fresh and large; my favorite is Cranberry Bleu (but minus the bleu, as I'm not a bleu fan): "Baby spinach, dried cranberries, crumbly bleu cheese and candied walnuts served with raspberry vinaigrette dressing and grilled flat bread."
Coffee lovers, you can buy beans here - even Fair Trade, - and there are some small ground packets of their popular flavors that make great stocking stuffers. Comfortable mugs and t-shirts (even fitted ones!) are also available for those who love the Bean.
