Restaurant with emphasis on local, seasonal, fresh and organic ingredients served with almost theatrical flourish. The breads, pasta, stocks, sauces, and pastry, and ice creams are all made on premises. The dining room has a hushed, almost reverent feel to it -- uncluttered, a study in subdued browns, the only splashes of color the lush photographs of food on the walls. The photos provide focus for your visit: food, fresh from the farm, carefully selected, and lovingly prepared by Chef Art Rogers and his crew.

We love this restaurant! The chef truly cares about where the food comes from and everything is made fresh. It's great the menu changes everyday so it's never the same place twice. We always head to Lento first when we want a nice night out. It's important to us to support local business- keep the dollars in Rochester and help the local farmers as well.

Quite possibly the best restaurant in the city, hands down. Love their drink menu, that they source out fresh local ingredients when possible, and that they have a physical raw bar in house.
