Lin's Garden offers many chef specialties. These include subgum wonton, "amazing" chicken, pork, and shrimp Hunan-style, butterfly shrimp, and a "New" chef specialties like "XO Double Happiness," which is a combination of prawn, chicken, and veggies sauteed in special sauce. If you're watching your waistline, you can choose from the diet specials, which are a variety of steamed meats and vegetables. Lin's also serves sushi -- the rolls are available in eel, tuna, salmon, shrimp, cucumber, and avocado. Lunch specials here are less than five bucks, and include Kung Pao shrimp and roast pork egg foo young. Combo platters like Hunan beef and General Tso's chicken come with an egg roll and pork fried rice. "Special" dishes include fried chicken wings, spare rib tips, breaded jumbo shrimp, and shrimp toast.
