Steakhouses are springing up everywhere, and Max chef/owner Tony Gullace is never a guy to be caught behind on a trend. So he installed former Victor Grilling Company chef Mark Cupolo in the kitchen at the Chophouse, and the results are predictably excellent. Great meat, stunning sides, touch and panache everywhere you look. The small, dark place has a very Big City feel, too, if that’s your style.

NY Steakhouse feel, USDA Prime meats with all the classic accompaniments. Excellent Seafood dishes to boot and save room for the house made desserts

Great steak, so much so that my girlfriend keeps insisting that we go there. She loves the Porterhouse, go figure! Now, I am broke. What I do to please a woman!!!
