Michael Baumer grew up in a restaurant family. His father owns Timothy Patrick's in Penfield. Continuing the family's Irish tradition, Michael and his wife, Gretchen, opened their relaxed and unpretentious place near the State Barge Canal in Fairport. The McArdle's Irish Ale is locally brewed by Custom Brewcrafters, in Honeoye Falls.

this restaurant is very family oriented, yet great for couples with no kids as well, as the booths are very private. the food is incredible, you can get great sandwiches and lunches, to steak and fish. salads very fresh, and the great desserts are made by students at school of the holy childhood. the staff is very friendly, all in all a great place to eat.

You have to go to this place~warm, friendly, great service and great food. I have been eating here since they first opened and ate there last week and the menu has only gotten better! Can you spell bisque? How about turkey wings? Awesome for the family, for a business lunch and a great place for date night. Oh, and St. Patric's day, what a blast!
