Everything on New Ming's extensive but thoughtfully constructed menu is fresh and bursting with the sort of flavor that home cooks, with our own woks and painfully limited firepower, will never achieve. In addition to dishes like subtly flavored spinach noodles, the restaurant features a wide variety of what it bills as "Hong Kong-style" noodle dishes, that show up the advantages of intense heat admirably. Though the chef has great mastery of fire, he's equally at home with the cold dishes and subtle flavors of Vietnamese food, including dishes like "bun" (a cold salad of lettuce and vermicelli noodles topped with grilled or fried meat and cold vegetables) that proves a refreshing meal for a hot summer day.

Rather upset. I've been ordering for a while from this place - it's been ok. But tonite's delivery was supposed to be $7.95 - Singapore mai fun - house special - and when it got here it was $11.95. Why is that??? I just called and made sure the menu prices were up to date and they are.
I have given this place several times of putting up with not what I wanted. I'm done with this place.

Really good. I have enjoyed every meal I have had there. I enjoy the lunch menu the best. I like seeing families eat there. It reminds me of back home....
