Formerly the Mundo Grill, PaRe's name reflects the desire to continue honing the menu into a selection of simple, old-school, classic food with a little contemporary flair. Offerings reflect southwestern, European, and Asian influences, and include chorizo-stuffed poblano rellenos, sweet potato gnocchi, and daily specials like a duck confit tart. Desserts change daily. ArtisanWorks designed the interior, its reds, golds and warm woods echoing the "rustic" quality that characterizes the food.

We recently went to Pare for our Anniversary dinner, the atmosphere was good, there was live music which is always a nice touch, however the volume was little too high, we had to talk loudly in order to hear each other. The lighting was also a little lackluster making it difficult to read the menu. To start the meal we had 6 shrimp, they were the jumbo shrimp and were definetely over cooked and rubbery. For our entrees we had the bacon wrapped filet which was average, we also got the daily pasta special which was delicious. I would go to Pare again, but there are probably some other places I would think to go to first.
