Sahara's menu includes seasonal soups, creative salads (the almond one combines strawberries, mushrooms, and a poppy-berry vinagrette), and a variety of pitas and pastas. The restaurant also has house specialties like the Farouj plate (Cornish hen stuffed with rice, ground beef, and onions) and the Kibi (a combination of bulgul and ground beef stuffed with pine nuts, onions and spices). Kids-sized portions of chicken and hummus are also available. During the warmer months, the Sahara Shimmer dancers perform outdoors.
