Pierre and Karen Heroux had a vision that crepes could be the focus of a restaurant, where they could be served for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. Pierre comes from a family of French-Canadians that still operate a sugar bush in Quebec, so only real maple syrup is served in the restaurant. There are old photos of the sugaring shack, which highlight the emphasis on real and fresh ingredients.

Cute little place. Crepes are pretty good. I like the Chicken Tarragon crepe. Dessert crepes are the best thing in there, don't miss the nutella and banana one.

My family loves this place! Every time I am in town to visit my mom we go here. The food is excellent (great reuben crepe) and the restaurant is adorable. It even has a fireplace going in the winter. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
