Stonecutters' selection of appetizers and light fare include a clam and roasted corn chowder in a freshly baked bread bowl (chopped clams, hickory smoked bacon, garden vegetables, and fire roasted corn) and black and tan onion rings (thick cut onion rings fried in a Guinness and Bass ale-infused batter) served with a sweet and spicy apricot mustard dipping sauce. Try a twist on the traditional chicken Caesar salad when you order the surf and turf Caesar (romaine, asiago, parmesan, seasoned croutons tossed with traditional Caesar dressing, black tiger shrimp, and grilled chicken breast). Stonecutters also serves a selection of sandwiches, including a filet mignon sandwich, a beef and brie sandwich, and a denito (angus beef, roasted corn, pinto beans, rice, and cheddar baked in a cilantro tortilla). A chef wine pairing is suggested to complement every item on the menu.
