Great resource , as I have been involved with a few of these organizations and they all do great things!
Just want to make a correction regarding Black Young Professionals of Rochester... It's actually called Rochester Black Young Professionals (just in case anyone has to search) and the membership is open for those 21-41 years of age. Membership is $35/yr and $5 for non-members for events. We can be found on Twitter (@ULRBYP) and Instagram (@rochesterbyp) as well.
They forgot to mention many great services. When you are going to list services, a thorough list should be provided.
You forgot to mention Bob Minchella's dog owner counseling- He's the absolute best!
Somehow this article passed over our most famous and breathtaking public building of all....First Unitarian Church on Winton, designed by Louis Kahn.
Great article overall guys, but seriously...you missed Kahn's First Unitarian???
Thanks for the great article, and for including Cat Clay in it. Miss Clifton is very happy, thank god!
It's "Irondequoit", not "Irondequiot" as you wrote above. You also have two different spellings of the name of the HOG owner; according to Wikipedia, it's "Schaubroeck".
Another of the People's Treasures among Public Spaces is Lamberton Conservatory....here's my homage to its 100th Birthday in words and pictures.
That it was constructed from a kit designed by the company that brought the first affordable Glass Buildings to the America takes away nothing from its charm.
