Re: “HIP-HOP | Insane Clown Posse

yo Frank if you're going to write an article about us, next time make sure you have no bias; "juvenile humor for booger-eating morons drenched in soda pop," really ? because you know us personally, right? The sarcasm you display throughout this article is very apparent. While you might think of it as a joke, think of "us" the fam, as a joke, we still are human and deserve respect.

Re: “PUNK | The Queers

I like the Anderson Stingrays. They were asked to play the show by Joe Queer and that really says a lot. I think these guys rule.

Re: “CLASSICAL/IRISH | Traditional Irish Music

For those who won't be attending Friday's RPO concert, stop by Nazareth College Arts Center when the Pipes and Drums of the Black Watch 3rd Battalion (the Royal Regiments of Scotland) and the Band of the Scots Guards present a program entitled British Isles of Wonder, celebrating the music of Ireland, Scotland, England, and Wales. The program will also include an armed forces tribute. The show starts at 8 p.m.; artscenter.naz.edu.

Re: “PUNK | The Queers

Too bad they got the original opener booted off the bill.

Re: “PUNK | The Queers

Anderson Stingrays are literally the worst band in town. I love pop punk, and they are horrible at it. Teenage Bottlerocket and Masked Intruder are far and away the best bands on this show, and they barely get a mention?

Re: “ROCK | Winter Creek Fest

Max Creek is great, Water Street... not so much. Unfortunately they seem to have a monopoly on the Rochester music scene for a venue of that size. Drinks are WAY overpriced ($5-$6 for a 12oz keg beer in a plastic cup). $25 cover for a headliner that doesn't take the stage until 11pm and then plays maybe 2 hours... It's Water Street's way of forcing you (and your money) to spend the entire night at their venue. I'd much rather see headline acts go on around 8pm and play 'til 11pm w/ a short set break. Water Street sux.

Re: “ROCK | Winter Creek Fest

The bands still have pre show tickets available for folks who are ready to spend night or two out groovin' to some great music!

Re: “PUNK: Rocket From The Tombs

hey i am not sure but i don't think Cheetah Chrome and Richard Lloyd are in this band

Re: “PUNK: Rocket From The Tombs

While I consider it a great pity, neither Cheetah or myself have had anything to do with David Thomas' version of "Rocket from the Tombs".

David is smart enough to put together musicians that will not completely disappoint ticketholders, but it is not enough simply say that we are touring with them, when the complete opposite is true. Neither Richard Lloyd nor Cheetah Chrome will be touring with this faux RFTT. I hope to God it's a great show and I wish David well but I also wish you would tell his booking agent the truth, the advertisement is incorrect and sleazy.

Yours – Richard Lloyd

Re: “PUNK: Rocket From The Tombs

Cheetah Chrome and Richard Llloyd are NOT WITH RFTT ANYMORE.
