Town Attorney David Kresock of Harter Secrest Emery removed the benchmarks and added the clause for further review. Three of the Irondequoit Town Board members claim they do not know why these changes were made.

The benchmarks Councilwoman Essley is referring to were removed, inexplicably, by Town Attorney David Kresock.
