GOOD, BAD, WRONG....
First and foremost.... There is a reason why City of Rochester employees take a Civil Service Exam. It is a test that all people regardless of race, creed, color, sex, religion or handicap can participate in and become competitive with the results of the exam of all the people that have taken it. The individual that scores best should be the person that is hired!! Because they are the best of the best end of story...!
We are all people of this flower city and we all want to flourish... !
If Lieutenant , Brumfield could be a Doctor! Would he have become it if they had a Doctor program?
I do not know but if I had a chance myself I'd like to try it! Hang out with Doctor's for two years and not even have to go to medical school and then presto I'm a Doctor no tests like others no school pushed through and now I'm a MD.
Where do I start my practice and how much do I get paid????

Lieutenant, Brumfield has become a good firefighter but why!?
The thing is we always take care of our own! It's like a baby That's been left on the front door step! With no note and no instructions. A Child within the program failed!!! No Way!!! Dr. Brumfiel was then born... No one then looked at race, creed, color, sex, religion or handicap. He was one of us!! "The Boy in Blue" He is now us men in blue!
Now he is a good man and a leader of men! Because of the men before him that taught him, trained and believed after training and he became a FIREFIGHTER!!!
