K & B are laboring under the misconception that the First Amendment gives you the right to say anything you want whenever you want. It doesn't. There are laws against slander and libel and they have deep roots in American jurisprudence (remember John Peter Zenger?). More importantly, it doesn't give you a right to be free of criticism or consequences.
