I enjoyed my recent lunch, I respect Michael's need to keep his menu concise, and I appreciated that when something on the menu is described as "spicy" (Spicy Miso Tonkotsu), it truly *is* spicy, not tame. Michael and his employees were gracious and appreciative of my business, I will be visiting more to try more.
