Why does the city continually refuse to create viable positive activities for our youth. I know skating crosses generations, but it's born in the hearts if our young and practiced to an art as a teen. Aren't they the group that needs positive activities more than any? C'mon City of Rochester, quit failing your youth!
Creating smaller neighborhood schools should be the focus for RCSD. It builds strong community/family bonds that can raise these children together with a vested interest in seeing them succeed. This is how we can but a FACE on the problem and when we have that, people take action. It's easy to point fingers at others and not do anything with the problem is just "a number."
