Re: “Gates Public Library”

Ken Stoker's photographic images in this current exhibition at the Gate Library are individual works of art each with a cosmic sense of time and context . Mr Stoker captures images from around the world from historic sites to personal observation of it inhabitants . Collectively the images are transcendent in a way that lets the observe feel and see Mr Stokers emotional experience at the moment the camera's shutter was opened and closed. Truly magical to be in their presence feeling the effect of time stopping moving beyond the moment into an orbit of intense creative expression _ do not miss this installation. Hopefully in the future other galleries and museums will include Mr Stokers very individual artistic work in their collections and exhibitions. William Zbaren
