      <![CDATA[Since the D&C punted in this question, perhaps  City can ask Mayor Richards  how many union employees  and how many non-union employees  (including department  heads,  administrators and city hall officials  up to and including  the mayor himself)  have been disciplined  for running red lights in city vehicles, and what the nature if that discipline was.<br>
<br>
Without some proof to the contrary, Mayor Richards' statement that, "the fact of the matter is for our employees, this is actually more serious than paying the fine.” is merely so much fluff.
