      <![CDATA[after being appealed to the highest court applicable The New York State Court of Appeals, the highest court in the state , you complain no appeal...This is a state law, it was appealed to the highest State court and upheld...Peoples rights were upheld and no one was denied any rights in the law or in the appeal. That is why this is fair.
