      <![CDATA[In a posting on this topic on Smugtown Beacon, Richards view of the situation and Rothchild's seem different. After reading it, I came to the conclusion that Tom Richards does not want the theater and RBTL does not care if it is in the city!

      <![CDATA[One would think that putting the RBTL theater in  Irondequoit is comparable to locating it in a Third World country. My recollection is that the roads there are paved for the most part, that the natives bath regularly and have  forsworn cannibalism, and that  English is by and large the preferred language among the business community.
