      <![CDATA[This is a big problem, many people who can afford to leave the city when they have school age children. Why people in these middle class neighborhoods aren't sending their kid(s) to the neighborhood school would be nice to know.<br>
<br>
As for attracting more middle class families to the city, I don't know if City Hall would like that.
