The RAPA production features several of Rochester’s stars, including Maureen Edwards as “Aida” and Jonathan Greenhalgh in the role of “Zoser.” Edwards was featured last year on PBS’ documentary Broadway or Bust, and Greenhalgh was a soloist with his University of Rochester YellowJackets on NBC’s show The Sing-Off, hosted by Nick Lachey. Also heading the cast as the male lead, “Radames,” and the secondary female lead, “Amneris,” are Jimmy Boorum and Courtney Weather, both most recently seen as the leads in Blackfriars highly successful production of Rent.
