Featuring a 5 course tasting menu prepared by Chef Asa Mott of ButaPub paired with beers from breweries as diverse as Allagash from Maine, Bell’s from Michigan and a few other surprises from beer expert Jason Ellsworth of TJ Sheehan. The featured dish? A special preparation of pork belly and octopus paired with Lindeman’s Framboise. Unctuous pork belly balanced by sweet, effervescent lambic? Yes, please!
