The speaker is Chris Hartman, founder and director of Headwater Foods, an organization working to create a robust sustainable food system in our region by creating connections between local farmers and consumers. Headwater Foods projects include Good Food Collective (http://thegoodfoodcollective.com/) a multi-farm CSA with about 1,200 members, and Three Square Kitchen, a wholesale operation that markets local, farm-fresh fruits, vegetables and meats to regional schools, restaurants and stores. Chris also services as Sustainability Director for The Harley School on Clover Street.
