With the growing season in full swing and the berries cropping up EVERYWHERE, now is the perfect time to put a little something away for when you’ve got the winter blues. If you’ve ever wanted to ‘put up’ but weren’t sure where to start, join us for a beginning canning techniques class, where we’ll make a batch of blueberry jam using a low/alternative sugar recipe with Pomona’s Universal Pectin. We’ll go over the sterilization process, general dos and dont's of canning, and share simple recipe tricks (as well as our favorite resources for new flavors).
