Recreation: Helmer Nature Center (154 Pinegrove Ave, Irondequoit) will host a Moonlight Snowshoeing or Hiking event for ages 16 and older tonight at 7 p.m. Admission is $5-$7 and includes snowshoe rental and refreshments. Music: Lovin Cup Idol is still going strong, and this week your top 6 local idols will have to face a country themed round of musical singing and shenanigans, while being judged by guests Tad Mack, EJ the DJ, and Emily Jensen from Kiss 106.7. Head on down and see the competition for yourself.

Lecture: Attend "Vote It Right Along! The Singing Hutchinson Family and Susan B. Anthony" with Mitzie Collins at Susan B. Anthony House (17 Madison St.).
