Lecture: Whether you want to keep protesting hydrofracking, make a good argument in its defense, or just try once again to understand what the hell all the hype is about, everyone can learn something from the Rochester Committee for Scientific Information's annual meeting on hydraulic fracturing issues. This year's forum, which begins at 7 p.m., will feature presentations from Richard Young, a geological sciences professor at SUNY Geneseo, and Thomas Shelley, a chemical safety and hazardous materials specialist.
